c. Human Resistance to Change No man who is not happy with the change of the status quo and seek. Cause people do not want change or resist change because of:
(1) are familiar with the customs,
(2) was already established (already satisfied),
(3) want to be safe, do not want to lose income, position, power, and so on;
( 4) do not want to take the risk (fear of failure),
(5) lazy thinking, and
(6) lack of trust (not sure) change it brings better.
